Why do Credit Card transactions get declined?

Here are the most frequent reasons why a credit card deposit may fail:

  1. You’ve reached your credit limit.
  2. The information you submitted is incomplete or incorrect. The name, address, and/or telephone number you provide must match the information on record with your credit card company.
  3. The CVV2 security number entered (the three-digit code on the back of the card) is incorrect.
  4. The expiration date entered is incorrect.
  5. Your credit card issuer does not authorize internet gaming transactions. If this is the case, please try another credit card or select a different deposit option.
