What happens to my rights to use the software when my account is closed?

Upon termination of your agreement with us, whether by us or by you, your rights to use the software, whether in download or non-download form, that either is owned and/or created by us, or which is used by us under license and made available to you on or through the Site, will immediately be terminated. Once terminated, you must cease all use of the software and remove and permanently delete it from your computer, hard drives, networks, and other storage material.
