What are the playing options for Lotto?

There are 4 basic playing options for Lotto – Prima, Ambo, Terno, and Quaterno. There is also an additional option called Terno-Ambo, which involves selecting three numbers and placing a wager on any 2 or 3 of the 5 numbers drawn.
The Quaterno playing option involves selecting four numbers, and a wager is placed on any 4 of the 5 numbers drawn. Players have eleven (11) chances to win by guessing 2, 3, or 4 of their 4 chosen numbers.
