My Deposit has not been added to My Account

It is common for deposits that do not appear in your account to not have been deducted from your payment method. Therefore, it is recommended to check if the payment was deducted first.

However, if the payment has been deducted successfully from your wallet or card but the deposit hasn’t appeared in your account, please inform our Customer Service Team immediately. We consider such matters a top priority and will take prompt action to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
