My Account got Blocked after several failed attempts
If you have received an email indicating that your account has been blocked due to three unsuccessful login attempts, you may reset your password by using the “Forgot password?” button on the Login modal.
To do this, simply follow the steps outlined and create a new password for your account. This will allow you to regain access to your account and resume using the services provided.
