I Forgot my Password

If you have forgotten the password for your National Lottery account, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the “Forgot password?” option.
  2. Enter the email address that you used to register with us.
  3. You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder and other folders in your inbox. Please note that it may take a few minutes for the email to arrive with the link to reset your password. After waiting for a few minutes, refresh your mailbox and check again.
