I didn’t receive an e-mail with the reset password link

If you haven’t received an email with instructions to reset your https// password, please take the following steps:

  • Check your SPAM folder and other folders in your inbox. Sometimes emails can get filtered out and end up in different folders.
  • Type the word “National Lottery” in your mailbox search bar to filter out any emails related to your National Lottery account.
  • Make sure that you registered with the correct email address. If you are unsure, check if you have received a registration confirmation email from National Lottery in the past.
  • If you still haven’t received the email, please wait for a couple of minutes as it may take some time to arrive.
