Can I re-open my Closed Account?
If your account is currently self-excluded, please send us an email and our respective department will review your request. Once we receive your request, our team will check your inquiry, and within three days, we will notify you of the decision taken regarding your self-exclusion status.
However, if your account is currently on a cool-off period, you will not be able to reactivate it until the period expires. The cool-off period is put in place to help customers take a break from gambling and protect themselves from problem gambling behaviour. Once the cool-off period ends, you can log in and resume using your account.
