What is Self Exclusion?
Self-Exclusion is a feature that allows you to voluntarily exclude yourself from accessing your account for an extended period of time, typically three months or more. This feature is intended for individuals who believe that they may have a gambling problem or for those who want to take a break from gambling. Once you initiate Self-Exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, and you will not receive any promotional materials. This feature helps promote responsible gambling and offers individuals an opportunity to address their gambling habits.
If you are concerned about developing a gambling problem or already have one, you can use Self-Exclusion to prevent yourself from gambling for a specified period of time. You can choose to exclude yourself for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely.
During the Self-Exclusion period, you will not be able to use your account for betting and gaming, but you can still request a withdrawal for any remaining balance in your account.
We recommend that you also take steps to remove yourself from our marketing databases, notifications, and social media accounts related to gambling. You may also consider installing software that blocks access to gambling websites.
We strongly suggest seeking support from a problem gambling support service to help you address your concerns.
To self-exclude, your account, go to the “Healthy Play” section in “My Account” and select “Self-Exclusion”. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team for assistance and more information.
